Who We Are
HornToad Group is an operator-led consulting firm. We've spent careers inside complex organizations — running teams, owning P&Ls, and shipping products — not watching from the outside.
We work primarily with B2B and public-sector organizations where the seams between revenue, product, and delivery have come apart. Engagements range from fractional executive leadership (CEO, CSO, COO, CRO) to targeted work across strategy, operations, revenue operations, go-to-market, pricing, product, sales, and AI. We can serve as an end-to-end partner or focus on one critical problem.
We also build. HornToad Labs is our internal product studio — built on the same problems we work on with clients.

Principal & Founder
Brad founded HornToad Group after two decades building and running B2B and public-sector organizations. He has held CEO, CRO, and COO roles across technology, services, and GovTech companies, and has led organizations through growth, transformation, and turnaround. He brings an operator's lens to every engagement — no frameworks without execution, no decks without outcomes.
